Dance Tone is a dance-based workout class featuring hip-hop, cardio, and Latin Zumba-inspired choreography. This class delivers a fun, full-body workout designed for all levels with easy to follow repetitive movements and high energy music.

About the Intructor, Olga: I grew up as a competitive Latin ballroom dancer and discovered dance fitness as a way to stay active and grounded during the intense years of
medical school. Dance has always been my outlet, and I love sharing that energy through classes that are fun, empowering, and accessible for everyone.

This class is $18/drop in or you can use your unlimited monthly class pass.
