This class delivers a fun\, full-body workout designed for all levels with easy to follow repetitive movements and high energy music. \nAbout the Intructor\, Olga: I grew up as a competitive Latin ballroom dancer and discovered dance fitness as a way to stay active and grounded during the intense years of\nmedical school.
