Recruitment and Retention Specialist
The Recruitment and Retention Specialist (RRS) will design and implement
strategies to hire and retain staff for Camp Kef at the Kaiserman JCC and Pinemere Camp. They will assist in leading broad efforts to both recruit new staff
and strengthen relationships with current staff.
Through the coordination of professional development opportunities and social
events designed to strengthen connections to camp, the RRS will work to
engage seasonal camp staff, year-round, and add value to their experiences as
This position will be managed by the Kaiserman JCC but will work closely with
Pinemere Camp. The JCC and Pinemere are long standing partners – both
Jewish camps that are broadly inclusive to the entire community.

Preschool Assistant Teacher
The Robert J. Wilf Preschool and Kindergarten at the Kaiserman JCC in Wynnewood is currently seeking a qualified professional assistant teacher dedicated to a career in Early Childhood Education to join our team.We offer a nurturing, child-centered environment. Infants through accredited Kindergarten classes are complemented by gym & music class, Israeli dance, weekly Shabbat celebration and more. The teaching staff honors the uniqueness of each child, celebrating individual potential, and helping children question and discover. Our emergent curriculum permits learning activities that arise from each child’s interests, encouraging feelings of security and confidence in an age-appropriate atmosphere where each child feels free to explore, play, observe, question and make discoveries. Summer Camp Staff
Camp Kef at the Kaiserman JCC is looking to fill camp counselor and specialist positions for the summer of 2022! At Camp Kef, we believe that the campers that come to camp are shaped by those around them. Our purpose is to surround our campers with staff who are of utmost quality, possessing a strong moral character and the enthusiasm to have spontaneous and organized fun.

KidsTime After-school Staff
Join our after-school enrichment program staff! Work with a group of children, planning and implementing activities in a manner that motivates and engages children and strengthens their academic and social skills. KidsTime hours are from 3-6pm. You must be at least 15 years old to work in the program, and at least 21 years of age to drive a van for the program.
