Class Descriptions:

Aqua Fit: Aqua Fit is a challenging water workout, fit for everyone, especially those with joint ailments or injuries. All exercises will be using your body weight, water resistance dumbbells & or Aqua noodles.

Core Strength: Exercises performed on a mat and in standing to focus on strengthening your core muscles and improving balance.

Senior Fit: Low-impact class with easy-to-follow choreography. Click here for more information about Senior Fit.

Barre Stretch: A blend of flexibility and core stability training designed to improve strengths and suppleness. This class will include a full-body holistic approach, enhanced stretching positions, Barre, Pilates & balance technique, all levels and age groups. All exercises will be standing using the barre and or chair.

Golden Sculpt: Class for mature adults. This class is designed to increase strength, flexibility, range of motion, mobility, and balance with cardio. Exercises can be performed seated or standing.

Total Body / Cardio & Strength: Total Body / Cardio & Strength begins with 15 minutes of cardio, followed by 5-8 minutes of strength training per muscle group (legs, arms, abs) and finishes with lighter cardio, cool down and stretching.

In Touch Yoga: In Touch Yoga is a blend of a physical yoga practice, breathwork, and meditation, designed specifically for people to become more in touch with their bodies. The class focuses on relieving tension in the body as well as building strength and balance. Practice can be done on a yoga mat as well as seated in a chair.

Functional Fitness: Functional Fitness is a low impact workout that will train your muscles to work together for the tasks of daily living, at work, at home and on the go. Deb will help you move your way from deconditioned to reconditioned, and help you regain mobility and flexibility. Music suggestions are always welcomed!

Pilates: This is a mat Pilates class that is based upon the work of Joseph Pilates. Joseph Pilates developed a form of exercise to strengthen the core and muscles in the body without adding muscular bulk (think long lean muscular bodies of ballet dancers.) This class also incorporates hand weights, yoga, barre and tai chi.
