Schedule Updates:

*Buff Bones Pilates will be at 1:30 on 1/14 following the lunch and learn.*

New Classes:

Balance, Strength and Posture exercise class taught by Danielle Illfelder. Class will be from 11:00-11:45 am and is unlimited class pass eligible or only $5 to drop in. Click HERE for more information and to register. January class is FULL.  Next class is 2/18.

Fit for Life Circuit Training taught by Eric Mamon, CPT. Class will be held on Sundays from 10-10:45am. Click HERE for more information and to register. First class 1/19.
