All fitness levels welcome. Open to the whole community!

Taught by preschool mom and barre instructor Danielle Chelminsky. Don’t forget to stick around after class for some light refreshments with friends.

What Is Barre?

Barre is a low-impact, high-repetition workout combining ballet-inspired movements with Pilates, yoga, and strength training. Expect small, controlled movements that tone muscles, improve posture, and boost flexibility.

Mats provided, just bring a water bottle!
