Supporting Jewish Youth Sports

|

Dear Friends,

Community is built in the moments we show up for one another, on the court, on the course, and in the celebrations that honor our shared history. This spring, there are meaningful opportunities to come together in support of JCC Maccabi Team Philadelphia programs.

We are so excited to be inducting the fifth class of the Philadelphia JCC Maccabi Hall of Fame on April 12. With a storied history spanning more than thirty years, countless athletes, coaches, and dedicated supporters have shared their time and passion to grow Maccabi in Philadelphia. This special morning is an opportunity to celebrate their achievements and ensure that we continue bringing the Maccabi experience to Jewish teens in our community for generations to come. The 2026 Hall of Fame Ceremony will take place in the Kaiserman JCC gymnasium, where we will gather for an inspiring program followed by brunch and time together. We would love to have you and your family join us for this meaningful celebration.

On April 19, we will host our 3 vs. 3 Basketball Tournament at the Kaiserman JCC. The day will feature double elimination and a two-game guarantee, with participants registering as a trio or a group of four. Each player will receive a tournament jerseys, and the winners will receive t-shirts and trophies. It will be a great day of basketball and community.

Then on April 27, please join us for our Third Annual Tee Time for Tzedakah at Lulu Country Club. This day of charity and camaraderie brings our community together. Enjoy breakfast, lunch, and refreshments while playing alongside friends and fellow supporters. Rain or shine, it is always a special day filled with connection and purpose. Individual and foursome registrations are available, and every swing helps invest in the strength and growth of Jewish youth in our community.

We are grateful for the many ways our community continues to show up for our teens, through celebration, competition, and generosity. Your support strengthens Team Philadelphia and helps ensure that Jewish youth in our community have opportunities to grow, compete, and lead with pride.

Shabbat Shalom,

Alan
