We’re excited to introduce Personal Training at the J, a new offering designed to meet you where you are and help you build strength, confidence, and healthy habits that support everyday life.
Our certified personal trainers provide customized, one-on-one training focused on functional movement, strength, mobility, and overall wellness. Whether you’re brand new to fitness, returning after time away, or looking to move and feel better in your day-to-day routine, our trainers work with you at your current level and help you progress safely and intentionally.
Unlike traditional gyms, our approach is purposefully equipment-light. Sessions emphasize bodyweight movement, balance, resistance tools, and functional exercises that translate directly to real life. You’ll learn routines you can confidently repeat at home, while traveling, or wherever life takes you, making your training sustainable well beyond the gym.
Getting started is easy! To begin, complete our Personal Training Interest Form online. You may select a trainer you’re interested in or let us match you based on your goals and availability. We will then follow up to learn more and guide you through next steps.

Trina Lyons, cPT
Trina specializes in strength, cardio, and conditioning, with a focus on building a strong foundation for lifelong wellness. Her training style emphasizes structure, accountability, and education, helping clients feel confident and capable both in and out of the gym.
Katie Hausman, cPT
Katie helps clients build functional strength, energy, and confidence so fitness enhances everyday life. She creates a welcoming, motivating environment where clients feel supported as they develop habits that last well beyond the gym.
Eric Mamon, cPT
With more than 25 years in the fitness industry, Eric brings deep experience and a thoughtful, sustainable approach to training. He works with clients to build strength, resilience, and long-term consistency at every stage of life.
