Dear Friends,
We are thrilled to share that the Kaiserman JCC will host the 2026 Mid-Atlantic Mini & Junior Maccabi Games on Sunday, May 3rd. This incredible, high-energy day will bring a thousand Jewish athletes ages 9–12 from across the east coast to our region for spirited competition, sportsmanship, and community pride. The Games will kick off with an inspiring Opening Ceremony featuring dignitaries, the athlete’s oath, and the highly anticipated parade of athletes, followed by competitions held throughout the greater Philadelphia area. We are honored to bring this meaningful experience to our community and to help shape the next generation of Jewish athletes and leaders.
There are many exciting ways to be part of this moment. Jewish athletes ages 9–12 from across Greater Philadelphia are invited to join Team Philadelphia, represent our city, and compete in a variety of team and individual sports. Evaluations and practices will begin in late January, and families can learn more and register through our website.
We are also seeking incredible volunteers, both teens (ages 13+ with service hours available) and adults, to help bring the Games to life. From operations and hospitality to event-day support, volunteers play a crucial role in making this unforgettable experience possible.

This investment helps fund essential elements such as security, operations, athletic competitions, and the Opening Ceremony, ensuring that we can showcase the strength, pride, and vibrancy of our Philadelphia Jewish community.
