Fall is here, and so is our brand-new Fall Fitness Schedule! We’re thrilled to introduce new classes, new instructors, and some refreshed days and times to help keep you moving, motivated, and connected. The new schedule kicks off September 1, just in time for Labor Day. If you’re new to our fitness community and would like to give it a try, fill out this form for a free class pass. Our new schedule is packed with exciting new fitness classes. Step Remix with Oreet launches October 9 on Thursdays at 9 AM, bringing back classic step moves with fresh energy. Right after, at 10 AM, join Aviva for PlyoJam, a fun blend of simple dance moves and plyometric-inspired exercises (jumping always optional!). On Fridays, Mastah Tee Cardio Jam with Trina at 9:30 AM will turn your workout into a dance party, and IBX-sponsored Gentle Chair Yoga with Rivkah at 11:30 AM will nurture both body and mind. For those focused on strength and stability, don’t miss Bone Health Pilates with Caroline Brenner, a small group training class that incorporates mat and standing exercises to enhance posture, balance, and core stability. Space is limited, so be sure to sign up early!
We’re also thrilled to welcome you to our brand-new gym featuring six pickleball courts, just in time for the fall season! From adult and junior clinics to exciting new programs, there’s something for every player, whether you’re brand-new to the game or a seasoned competitor. Be sure to mark your calendar for Picklepalooza on September 28, a special day of play and fundraising in support of wellness at the JCC. You won’t want to miss it! Plus, explore our updated Fall Pickleball Schedule and join us for Friday Night Pickle Frenzy, filled with nonstop feeds, drills, and games. Looking ahead, October will bring even more opportunities to connect and move, including a Tai Chi series and weekly Israeli Dancing, registration to come. On the wellness side, we’re launching our Learn and Light Bites series with Main Line Health, starting September 16 with a session on Falls Prevention and Exercise. The following day, September 17, begins our Monthly Nutrition Series sponsored by IBX, with the first topic focusing on “My Plate.” We’re also thrilled to host Unlock Your Mantra with ARTZ Philadelphia on October 21 and to launch a Mind Your Nature Series starting September 12.
We can’t wait to see you this fall, whether on the courts, in the fitness studio, or at one of our engaging wellness programs.
