World-renowned musician, Dan Blacksberg will be bringing the healing power of music to the Philly KlezJam. The program will include remarks from Rabbi Shelly Barnathan (one of our sponsors, Or Zarua) who will lead us in singing “We Shall Overcome”. Lyrics will be provided. Doors open at 2:45. If you don’t have an instrument, bring a tambourine or drum. Here’s a link to the music we will be learning. Whether you want to listen to music, play, sing along or dance there will be something for everyone, including snacks! Ticket price is $18, if you register in advance ($20 at the door), but as always, if this price will cause you any financial hardship, please let us know, as we have scholarship tickets available. A great event for people of all ages.
