Summer Fitness Pop-Ups

Dear Friends,

Summer is the perfect time to get moving, try something new, and focus on your wellness goals. Our summer fitness schedule is in full swing, featuring exciting pop-up classes, specialty workshops, amazing instructors, and brand-new programming designed to help you build strength, improve mobility, and feel your best.

If you’ve never tried JCC Fitness before, now is the perfect time to join us. Your first class is free! Upcoming highlights include Body Sculpt with Daniela Nudelman on Saturday, July 11, a challenging full-body workout designed to build strength and endurance; Andre Coles’ Transformation Yoga Series beginning Friday, July 17, a six-week series focused on joint health, mobility, balance, strength, and mindful movement (with the first class free and open to everyone); and Saturday, July 25’s pop-up classes, featuring Zumba with Saeedia followed by Myofascial Release & Restore Yoga with Andre, a restorative experience combining gentle movement, breathwork, and self-myofascial release techniques.

We’re also excited to welcome four talented new instructors to our fitness team! Each brings their own unique experience and teaching style, expanding the variety of classes available at the J. Click here to read their full bios.
