Dear Friends,

Summer is a great time to refresh your routine, spend time on your well-being, and try something new. Whether you’re looking for an energizing workout, a mindful movement practice, or simply a reason to get out and connect with others, the JCC has plenty of opportunities to help you stay active all season long.

This Saturday, join us for a free Zumba class as we welcome new instructor Saeedia R. Thompson to our fitness team. Open to everyone, it’s a great opportunity to get moving, have fun, and experience the energy and excitement of Zumba.

We’re also introducing rotating Monday morning fitness pop-ups throughout June, featuring PlyoJam, Dance Tone, and Zumba. These special classes are a fun way to shake up your workout routine, explore new formats, and meet fellow fitness enthusiasts. Keep an eye out for even more pop-ups coming soon!

Looking ahead, Coach Eric’s Winning with Wellness series begins in July, offering a supportive group environment focused on building healthy habits, staying motivated, and making meaningful progress toward your wellness goals.

If you’re looking for a gentler approach to movement, our Summer Tai Chi series begins later this month. This four-week program introduces participants to the fundamentals of Tai Chi through flowing movements, guided breathing, and mindful practice designed for adults of all ages.

Whatever your wellness goals may be this summer, we invite you to explore our full weekly fitness schedule and find a class that inspires you to move, grow, and feel your best.
