Dear Friends,
Last Sunday was an amazing day for the Philadelphia Jewish community. While here on the Kaiserman JCC campus thousands of people celebrated Israel 75, over 100 Team Philadelphia Athletes and their families traveled to Baltimore to compete in the Mid-Atlantic Junior and Mini JCC Maccabi Games.
In the Games’ first year back since 2019, Team Philadelphia came out in full force with over 11 Teams playing Baseball, Girls and Boys Basketball, Boys Soccer, Swimming and Tennis.
From the Opening Ceremony where all 15 visiting delegations paraded in to the final medal ceremonies, it was a special day for athletes, families and fans. The teams formed friendships and made memories that will last a lifetime. And they were able to celebrate their successes as well, with all great games played and many medals won!
We are thankful to all of your coaches who helped make the day possible, and our families for driving our athletes all the way to Baltimore.
