The Kaiserman JCC Aquatics Department is hiring for Summer 2026! We have full-time and part-time swim positions available for adults of all experience levels, including lifeguards and swim instructors. Spend your summer making a difference! Camp Kef at the Kaiserman JCC is hiring energetic, creative, and responsible staff to join our team. Work with amazing campers, build valuable leadership skills, and enjoy a summer full of fun, friendship, and growth.
Camp Dates: June 22 – August 14, 2026
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
Training Dates: June 7, 14, 16–18 (subject to change)
Preference is given to candidates available for six or more weeks.
Front Desk Attendant
The front desk attendant is a part-time staff position in the Kaiserman Jewish Community Center under the supervision of the Office Manager. The front desk attendant is responsible for supervising various building functions, including answering the doorbell, answering phones, assisting guests, among other tasks requested by the Office Manager. This position requires evening and weekend hours. Email us with questions.

The Preschool Assistant Teacher, under the supervision of the Lead Teacher and Preschool Directors, is responsible for helping to create and implement a developmentally sound educational program for an assigned class of preschool / Kindergarten school children. The program must meet the social, emotional, physical, cognitive, and language needs of both the individual child and the group.
