Dear Friends,
While today’s poor air quality has kept us out of the pool, we have plenty of fun planned for the weeks ahead. We hope you’ll join us for these special pool events and enjoy time together with friends, family, and our JCC community.
We have two Shabbat at the Pool evenings coming up on Friday, July 31 and Friday, August 14 from 5-8 PM. Families can bring their own dinner, and we’ll provide the challah, grape juice, dessert, and plenty of ruach as you enjoy music, crafts, games, and of course, swimming. These special family Shabbats are open to both pool members and non-members, and for just $15 per family, everyone can join in the fun!
Our Hot Dog Thursdays continue throughout the season from 6-7 PM on Thursdays – July 23 through August 13. Pool members and guests can stop by thepool deck for a freshly grilled hot dog for just $2, then bring your own sides and drinks to enjoy a casual evening with family and friends. Hot dogs are availablewhile supplies last and are weather permitting.
Want to bring a friend? A limited number of public passes are available to the pool each day. Whether you’re bringing a friend, or you’re not quite ready to commit to our half summer membership yourself, you can still soak up the sun and get someswimming in! Passes are available at the front desk for $10/Adult and $5/Child.
Here’s to clearer skies ahead and more time poolside! With AQI levels expected to improve, we look forward to reopening the pools tomorrow, Saturday, July 18.We will continue monitoring air quality conditions and the forecast for potential storms to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for our members, guests, and staff.
Shabbat Shalom,
Sydnie
