We are excited to welcome Andre Coles of Roots2Rise back to the JCC beginning Friday, July 17.
Andre’s Transformation Yoga Series focuses on improving quality of life through joint, bone, and muscular health. Through a progressive six-week series, participants will develop strength, mobility, balance, and mindful movement in a supportive and welcoming environment.
The first class on July 17 is FREE and open to everyone, and the easiest place to start as a beginner. Come experience Andre’s teaching style and learn more about the series. Following the introductory class, standard JCC yoga pricing will apply.

Back to Basics – Reconnect with foundational yoga postures, alignment, breath, and functional movement.
Finding Your Roots – Build strength, stability, and confidence through grounding and balance.
In Motion – Explore fluid movement, transitions, and breath-centered flow.

All Together Now – Integrate strength, mobility, balance, and breath into a sustainable practice.
