Myofascial Release & Restore is an extended 75 minute yoga experience that blends slow, mindful movement with guided myofascial release using tennis balls. This class works into commonly tight areas such as the hips, back, shoulders, and feet to help release tension, improve mobility, and restore ease in the body. Through a balance of supported poses, targeted rolling, and intentional breathwork, participants are invited to soften deeply, move more freely, and reconnect with their bodies
