Strength Meets Dance: Add weights to belly dance moves for a dynamic strength-training session that tones and empowers. Finish with Stretch & Flow: End with a calming stretch to release tension, boost flexibility, and leave you feeling refreshed.
We are offering this class at a $15 drop-in rate or free for unlimited class pass holders. If you are registering with your unlimited class pass or insurance, please select the option when registering and let the front desk know you are using your pass at arrival.
