Dear Friends,
The countdown is almost over…Camp Kef begins Monday, and our campus is ready to welcome hundreds of campers for another incredible summer!
The camp team has been hard at work preparing for the season ahead. And now, the camp tents are up, Camp Kef signs have appeared throughout campus, supplies have been unpacked, and counselors have filled the building for orientation and training. After months of planning, we are so excited to see our camp community come to life.
As camp gets underway, our campus will be busier than usual throughout the summer. We ask all members, guests, and visitors to please use extra caution when driving through campus, be mindful of increased pedestrian traffic, and allow a little extra time for parking during peak drop-off and pick-up hours. Your patience and awareness help us create a safe environment for all of our campers, families, and members.
While we’re focused on opening day, we’re also excited to offer something special at the end of the summer. With many local schools returning later this year, Camp Kef Post Camp will provide two additional weeks of adventure, field trips, special guests, and camp fun for rising K–5th graders from August 17–21 and August 24–28. Space is limited and registration is open!
Want to follow along with Camp Kef this summer? Be sure to visit our blog throughout the season for camp stories, highlights, and special features. In the coming days, we’ll introduce you to our Israeli Shlichim, young Israeli emissaries who bring their culture, experiences, and energy to camp each summer and help create meaningful connections between our campers and Israel.
Thank you for helping us welcome another summer of Chesed (Kindness), Kehillah (Community), Sakranut (Curiosity), and Ruach (Spirit). Here’s to an amazing Camp Kef 2026!
Shabbat Shalom,
Katie and Matt
