This summer comes with an extra week before many schools head back, and Camp Kef is excited to offer two special weeks of Post Camp to help families make the most of it!
Designed for rising K–5th graders, Post Camp runs August 17–21 and August 24–28 and gives campers the chance to soak up a little more summer with their camp friends in a smaller, unique end-of-season experience. Each week combines exciting off-site adventures with engaging on-campus activities, creating the perfect mix of trips, special guests, and favorite camp traditions.
Campers will head out on field trips every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, with destinations including the Franklin Institute, Urban Air, movie theaters, and more. Tuesdays and Thursdays will feature special guests and exciting activities right at the Kaiserman JCC, giving campers even more opportunities to connect, explore, and enjoy the final days of summer together.
Post Camp runs from 9:00 AM–3:30 PM, with morning carpool beginning at 8:30 AM and afternoon carpool ending at 4:00 PM. Early care beginning at 7:30 AM will be available, though late care is not offered during Post Camp. Transportation to all trips will be provided by school bus. Families enrolled in the Philly JCC Early Learning Center may also add pre and post camp care for children ages 0 through Pre-K. This extended care option provides a familiar, nurturing environment before and after the camp day and is available only to current ELC families. Learn more about ELC pre and post-camp care here.
