A Day of Intergenerational Fun!
Join us for one or both programs! Stay for the whole day, and enjoy light bites between programs. Grandfriends Day at the J is geared towards children and a significant older adult in their life such as a Grandparent or Grandparent aged Family Member / Friend.

• GENERATIONS OF LIGHT: An Intergenerational Hannukah Experience with collaboration of Folkshul – A Jewish Sunday School and Community.
  2:15-3:30pm
  Facilitator: Jennifer Greenfield
  Come decorate candles to foster creativity, communication and shared experiences among participants of all ages to celebrate the holidays.
  
  
• GEMS COOKING STUDIO: Hanukkah Cookie Decorating Class for all ages
  4:00-5:15pm
  Instructor: Scott Noye, Owner – Chef Dad’s Table
  In this fun and relaxed environment, we will work together hands-on as we use our creativity to decorate delicious Hanukkah cookies. We will show you a variety of decorating techniques and a few Hanukkah dessert surprises. All participants will leave with a special tasty gift bag.
