Our certified personal trainers create customized, one-on-one training experiences that focus on functional movement, strength, endurance, mobility, and confidence. Whether you’re just getting started, returning to fitness after time away, or looking to move and feel better in your everyday life, our trainers meet you at your current level and help you progress safely and intentionally.
Unlike traditional gyms, our approach is purposefully equipment-light. Sessions emphasize bodyweight training, resistance tools, balance, and functional exercises that translate directly to real life. You’ll learn movements and routines you can confidently repeat at home, while traveling, or anywhere your life takes you, making your training sustainable well beyond your time at the J.
Each session is fully personalized based on your goals, experience, and needs. Your trainer will provide structure, motivation, and accountability while helping you build strength, improve energy, prevent injury, and move more efficiently in daily life.

For those seeking additional support, Trina also offers nutrition guidance at an added cost to complement each client’s fitness journey. Bio: Katie Hausman is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer helping a variety of clients build functional strength, energy, and confidence in their everyday lives. Katie believes that fitness should enhance, not limit, what you love to do, and she works to tailor every program to meet her clients’ needs. She creates a welcoming, motivating environment where clients feel supported in building habits that last far beyond the gym.

Bio: Eric Mamon, cPT, has been a leader in the fitness industry for 25 years. A nationally certified personal trainer through ACSM, IFA, NASM and the University of Colorado. He began personal training 22 years ago and has trained over 100 clients in fitness facilities, home gyms and living rooms. Eric was a corporate health coach and administrator for 10 years. He ran corporate fitness center operations for over 15 years. Eric also practices what he preaches. He was a champion competitive bodybuilder for parts of 3 decades. He has completed over 40 running events at various distances from 5K to the marathon. As Eric has matured into his 50’s he appreciates the importance of keeping the body and mind fit every day.
