We’re proud to offer two unique programs—powered by our partnership with Dynamic NeuroFit—designed specifically for individuals living with Parkinson’s Disease. Each program provides specialized training, expert guidance, and a supportive community to help you move better, feel stronger, and live more fully.

 

Rock Steady Boxing

Fight back against Parkinson’s with the power of non-contact boxing!
Rock Steady Boxing classes combine strength, balance, agility, and coordination exercises to help manage Parkinson’s symptoms in a safe and supportive environment.

Dynamic NeuroMoves

A free, 4-week specialty small group training program supported by the Parkinson’s Foundation. Dynamic NeuroMoves blends large-amplitude movements, cognitive drills, and voice activation—adapted for all mobility levels. Each session targets both motor symptoms (balance, walking, strength, posture) and non-motor symptoms (thinking skills, speech, mood).
