Thank you for your interest in joining Team Philadelphia for the 2024 JCC Maccabi Games.  This summer, we are excited to announce we will be participating in 2 sets of games: Detroit, MI, July 28th – August 2nd, and Houston, TX, August 4th – 9th.  Please take note below which sports will be participating in each location.

For 2024, we will be holding tryouts for several of our JCC Maccabi Teams.  If you are interested in joining one of our Basketball, Soccer, or Ice Hockey Teams, please continue on this form to register for tryouts.  If you are interested in participating in Baseball, Bowling, Dance, Golf, Flag Football, Star Reporter, Swimming, Table Tennis, Tennis, or Volleyball please email our Delegation Head, Barrie Mittica at barrie@phillyjcc.com for more information.

Please see the below information for tryout dates, times, and locations.  We encourage athletes to attend all tryout sessions as increased time with our coaches will help with their evaluation. Athletes are welcome to try out for more than one sport ($30/Sport), but you may only play one sport per location.  If your teen is interested in sports for both weeks, please email Barrie Mittica to discuss your options.

Please check back regularly as information will be updated as additional tryouts are scheduled. You are welcome to register for tryouts before the date is set and we will contact you with the information.

Eligibility: The JCC Maccabi Games are for Jewish Athletes ages 12-16.  Athletes must identify as Jewish and must be ages 12-16 on July 31st, 2023.
