2025 Team Philadelphia: JCC Maccabi Tryout Registration Form

Thank you for your interest in joining Team Philadelphia for the 2025 JCC Maccabi Games.
For 2025, we will be holding tryouts for several of our JCC Maccabi Teams. If you are interested in joining one of our Ice Hockey, Basketball, Ice Hockey, Soccer, or Baseball Teams, please continue on this form to register for tryouts.
Please contact Barrie for more information registering Dance, Flag Football, Golf, Softball, Star Reporter, Swimming, Table Tennis, Tennis, Track and Field, Girls’ Volleyball.
Please see the below information for tryout dates, times, and locations. We encourage athletes to attend all tryout sessions as increased time with our coaches will help with their evaluation. Athletes are welcome to try out for more than one sport ($35/Sport), but you may only play one sport per location. If your teen is interested in sports for both weeks, please email Barrie Mittica to discuss your options.
Please check back regularly as information will be updated as additional tryouts are scheduled. You are welcome to register for tryouts before the date is set and we will contact you with the information.
Eligibility:
All athletes must be between the ages of 13 – 17 years old for the full duration of the program.
- For Tucson, the eligible birthdates are August 2, 2007-July 26, 2012.
- For Pittsburgh, the eligible birthdates are August 9, 2007-August 2, 2012.
