Junior Maccabi 2026 – Hosted at the Kaiserman JCC

The Mid-Atlantic Mini & Junior Maccabi Games are coming to Philadelphia on May 3rd, 2026

Team Philadelphia had an amazing time at the 2025 Mid-Atlantic Mini & Junior Maccabi Games, and we couldn’t be more excited for the Games to come home to Philadelphia in 2026.

Athlete Evaluations for Baseball, Basketball, and Soccer will be held in January.

We plan to host multiple teams for each of the above sports for both girls and boys, and to turn no athletes away.  Early evaluations will allow us to get to know players better, begin practices by division, and make team placements in March.

Sports Updates:

• Squash will be available for the first time as a Mini & Jr Maccabi Sport.
• We will be updating the Boys (and hopefully Girls) Basketball tournaments to include a competitive and recreational division.  This will allow for a more even level of play and more opportunities for teams to earn medals.

Team Practices:

• We have heard that our athletes and families would like more opportunities to practice together and get to know their teammates.
• This year, we will have more team practices for all sports.  In addition to our team sport practices, we will have opportunities for our individual sport athletes to practice together.

Registration Cancellation:

As we are opening registration early this year and families do not know next year’s sports schedules yet, we have updated our cancellation policy.

Team Philadelphia Mini & Jr Maccabi Cancellation Policy for 2026:

• Athletes may cancel with a 100% refund through February 15th.
• Athletes may cancel with a 50% refund through April 1st.
• No refunds will be available after April 1st except for injury or if you are able to replace your athlete.
