GEMS Stretch and Sculpt: Stretch and Sculpt is broken down into 20 minutes of warm-up and chair deep stretching, followed by 20 minutes sculpt and a 5-minute cooldown. This class will help you improve your muscle flexibility, while also strengthening all parts of your body. Be prepared to work out in a standing or seated position.

IBX Gentle Chair Yoga (Roots2Rise):  Join us each week for a gentle chair yoga practice designed to nurture body and mind. Strength Foundations: This resistance training class focuses on building a strong foundation by emphasizing proper form and consistency. Each week, you’ll follow the same sequence targeting key muscle groups, while using a variety of equipment. Exercises will be performed in two sets with a higher repetition range to maximize endurance and toning. Whether you’re just starting out or getting back into a routine, this class offers a steady, supportive path to feeling stronger.
