This supportive art therapy program in partnership with JFCS provides participants with a creative space to express themselves, reduce stress, and build meaningful connections. Through guided art activities, participants explore emotions and enhance overall well-being in a welcoming, judgment free environment. No prior artistic experience is necessary. A light lunch will be provided.

Art therapy is a mental health profession that uses art making, creative expression, and the therapeutic relationship to help individuals explore emotions, gain insight, improve interpersonal relationships, strengthen self-expression, and increase self-awareness.
