Jason Herman is Compliance Counsel for STO Building Group, an international construction company, with 49 offices, 4,000 employees, and over $9 billion in annual construction volume. Prior to joining STO, Jason was Deputy Counsel for the New York City School Construction Authority and an Assistant District Attorney in the Bronx and Nassau Counties. Jason is a Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional, an Adjunct Professor at Saint Joseph’s University, a FINRA Dispute Resolution Arbitrator, and volunteers as a coach for the Lower Merion Soccer Club.
