Boaz Ozery joined the Kaiserman JCC in 2026 as Senior Director of Individual Giving and Major Gifts. An Israeli-American nonprofit leader with more than 20 years of experience, he has founded and led nonprofit organizations in both Israel and the United States, building partnerships among donors, volunteers, board members, and community leaders.
Boaz enjoys helping people connect their values with opportunities to strengthen Jewish communities and create lasting impact. He lives in the Philadelphia area with his wife, Adi, and their three children. Outside of work, he enjoys training dogs, running, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.
