Pop-Up Barre

Join Us for our Monthly Friday Morning Barre Class Fundraisers! Proceeds benefit the Philly JCC ELC PTO.

All fitness levels welcome.

Open to the whole community!

Taught by preschool mom and barre instructor Danielle Chelminsky.

What Is Barre?

Barre is a low impact, high repetition workout combining ballet inspired movements with Pilates, yoga, and strength training. Expect small, controlled movements that tone muscles, improve posture, and boost flexibility.

Mats provided, just bring a water bottle!
