Lesson Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled private lesson. You can cancel or reschedule a private lesson on EZ Facility or by contacting aquatics@phillyjcc.com. We do not offer make-up lessons if you do not show for your lesson or for unexpected pool closures. Any unscheduled private swim lessons remaining at the end of the swim season will not be rolled over or refunded. Due to high demand, lesson slots may fill up, and we cannot guarantee lesson availability at the end of the summer. We strongly recommend scheduling all of your lessons upon purchase to secure your spots. Please make sure to schedule your swim lessons!

If you need to cancel or reschedule a private lesson, please do so 24 hours in advance on the EZ Facility portal or by contacting us. We do not offer make-up lessons if you do not show for your lesson or for unexpected pool closures.

For group lessons, one make-up lesson for unexpected pool closures is allocated during the week following the completion of each swim session.

Facility Closures and Cancellations

Watch for signs posted at the Kaiserman JCC for any upcoming closures.  Closures and delays due to weather or events beyond our control will be posted on our website and Facebook. Make-up lessons for group classes will be offered for these closures.

Safety Notice

We put safety first. We have staff on duty trained in first aid and CPR and all swim instruction is supervised by a lifeguard. For the safety of your children, parents or guardians are required to stay at the Kaiserman JCC during all swim instruction.
