We love our grandchildren so deeply and so fully and want nothing more than to have them take this love into their future. In this program\, we will explore ways to help you express your thoughts about your own life and your grandchild’s life still to come. How do you want to be remembered? What nuggets of yourself and your own family’s heritage do you want to leave for them? Each grandparent will be given the framework to compile a written legacy to share with their grandchildren. All materials will be provided to create this tangible memoir. How nature can positively affect our minds \n$72 for entire course\, $60 with fitness unlimited package\, or $15 per drop-in \nResearch shows that being in nature can reduce stress levels and increase wellbeing. The number one predictor of wellbeing and a healthy life is the quality of your relationships and connections to the community. Our society suffers from depression\, anxiety\, high levels of stress\, hopelessness and more. Imagine a life where you live in the moment\, with a sense of peace and fulfillment. How nature can positively affect our minds? In a 6 weeks series we will learn to handle stress with more ease and calm as you discover a sense of purpose and wellbeing through mindfulness exercises and being in nature.  “aSPIRE” to becoming an even better version of yourself in 2025!
