Proceeds benefit the Philly JCC ELC PTO. \nAll fitness levels welcome. Open to the whole community! \nTaught by preschool mom and barre instructor Danielle Chelminsky. Don’t forget to stick around after class for some light refreshments with friends. \nWhat Is Barre? \nBarre is a low impact\, high repetition workout combining ballet inspired movements with Pilates\, yoga\, and strength training.
