Our Indoor Kid’s Gym provides a safe and engaging environment every Sunday from 8:30-10am. \nKid’s Gym is perfect for crawlers through age 6 to explore\, climb\, and enjoy some unstructured playtime. Make friends\, burn off some energy\, and get some exercise in these cold winter months. \nNovember 10\, 2024 – March 30\, 2025 \nCost:\n$7 / Single Session\n$50 / 10-Session Pass (save $20)\n$120 / Unlimited Pass (save $48) \nPurchase a Session or Pass for Kid’s Gym\nWe are now doing payment through EZ Facility. Krav Maga is natural and highly instinctual\, focusing on neutralizing or eliminating the threat quickly\, using force if necessary. Our classes can help you achieve your physical fitness goals\, alongside teaching you the techniques and tactics needed to keep you safe and confident on the streets! In a safe and welcoming environment\, FitMax Krav Maga strives to make you a complete and skilled defender appropriate for all ages ranging from teens\, adults\, women and seniors. \nAbout the instructor:\nJack Szychtel is a dual citizen of the USA and Israel. For over 10 years\, Jack has been teaching self-defense & fitness throughout Delaware County mainly in the Media and the Newtown Square areas. With black belts in Krav Maga\, Tae Kwon Do and Tang Soo Do as well as certification in Ground Force Methods\, he continues to use his background to hone his skills in self-defense\, combat mindset\, third-party protection and physical fitness instruction. He is a certified Krav Maga instructor and has gained direct knowledge and training from top Israeli Krav Maga experts in and outside of Israel. He recently returned to Israel to volunteer in support of the IDF working out of many logistical military bases throughout Israel.
