Primary sources include the Declaration of Independence\, the Articles of the Confederation\, the Constitution (including the Bill of Rights)\, The Federalist Papers (numbers 51\, 69\, 70\, 78)\, Brutus #1\, and Martin Luther King Jr.’s Letter from the Birmingham City Jail.
