DESCRIPTION:This supportive art therapy program in partnership with JFCS provides participants with a creative space to express themselves\, reduce stress\, and build meaningful connections. Through guided art activities\, participants explore emotions and enhance overall well-being in a welcoming\, judgment free environment. No prior artistic experience is necessary. A light lunch will be provided. \nArt therapy is a mental health profession that uses art making\, creative expression\, and the therapeutic relationship to help individuals explore emotions\, gain insight\, improve interpersonal relationships\, strengthen self-expression\, and increase self-awareness. Group art therapy provides a supportive space for participants to process emotions\, gain new perspectives\, enhance social connections\, and build a sense of community. \nClick here to register!
