Mittica\, Editor in Chief of ASI Inc. Jennifer\, known for her memoirs Places We Left Behind and Landed\, will delve into themes of marriage and identity\, life in Israel during times of conflict\, and the intricacies of writing about family. \nThe event will feature a lively conversation between Jennifer and C.J.\, followed by a book signing session. Attendees will have the opportunity to meet Jennifer\, ask questions\, and get their books signed. Light snacks and drinks will be provided. \n Get Tickets\nAbout the Author: Born in the San Francisco Bay Area\, Jennifer Lang lives in Tel Aviv\, where she runs Israel Writers Studio. Her prize-winning essays have appeared in Baltimore Review\, Under the Sun\, Midway Journal\, and elsewhere. She holds an MFA from Vermont College of Fine Arts and served as an Assistant Editor at Brevity Journal. Her first book\, Places We Left Behind: a memoir-in-miniature (2023)\, is followed by Landed: A yogi’s memoir in pieces & poses (Vine Leaves Press). \nA special thanks to Narberth Bookshop for partnering and providing copies of Lang’s books.
