Rabbi Yonah Gross of Congregation Beth Hamedrosh in Wynnewood sold the chametz of members of his community and local Jewish Owned businesses to Mr. Rick Churchill, Ward Commissioner of Lower Merion Township. This included the chametz from Kaiserman JCC’s Nana’s Kitchen. Jews are forbidden to own bread and other leavened products during that time. Passover begins on Friday night April 3 and continues until Saturday night April 11. Nana’s Kitchen will be closed next week and re-opens Sunday, April 12 at 11am.
