Gymnastics
Gymnastics is a very comprehensive sport that develops key physical and social skills such as balance, flexibility, coordination, spatial orientation, speed, strength preserverance, confidence, patience and self esteem. Gymnastics also provides a positive outlook toward physical activity and to foster a healthy lifestyle. Plus...kids live to flip and tumble. We know it's just fun!
At the Kaiserman Gymnastics Program we offer an opportunity to learn and practice gymnastics through our recreational and competitive programs. We believe both of our tour programs provide the environment for very rewarding experiences.
Recreational Program
Our Recreational Gymnastics Program is specially designed to accommodate children in a friendly and non-competitive environment. Our classes provide the opportunity for kids to gain essential motor skill development while having lots of fun. We teach early childhood behavior habits in our classes, including how to wait in line and listen to the teacher so they understand what to do. They will also learn the names of the skills that are being taught. We focus on teaching the children to start and finish the skills properly and develop the skill itself overtime. Our instructors provide a fun, positive and encouraging experience so kids feel special and proud of each new accomplishment while learning he basics of gymnastics. Children can enter our program when they are three years old. Read below our class descriptions for the appropriate age group.
