Pilates
Pilates is a method of exercise designed to both physically and mentally condition the body by using set patterns of movement in limited repetitions. Pilates focuses on executing movements with good technique to retain the mind and muscles. Its ruling principles are concentration, control, grace, precision and breath. Quality of life is enhanced as movement becomes more efficient. Advanced registration is required. This is a progressive class and beginners are encouraged to join at the start of a session.

Yoga Classes with Larry CohanLarry has been studying and teaching Yoga for over 30 years. Larry has studied a variety of Yoga styles including Iyenger, Bikram, Ashtanga, Power and Vinyasa Yoga. Larry is registered with the National Yoga Alliance as a certified Vinyasa and Power Yoga instructor.
