Meet the Trainers
Meet the faces of the Conston Fitness Center, better known as our Personal Trainers. If anybody can pump you up, it's going to be them! All trainers are nationally certified by: American Council in Exercise (ACE), American Aerobic Association International/International Sports Medicine Association (AAAI/ISMA), and National Personal Training Institute (NPTI). They are also CPR & AED certified.

Brian Jackson
Brian Jackson has an AAAI/ISMA certification in Personal Training. He is our resident trainer on staff and has a book of clients of all ages. He has been part of the JCC staff for 10 years! He specializes in functional exercise and stability training.

Ron Monroe
Ron Monroe has an AAAI/ISMA certification in Personal Training. He has been training since 1995. His specialties are sport-specific training with emphasis on basketball, boxing, and core and stability workouts. Ron loves to act, and has done stand up comedy! He plays guitar and coaches basketball.
Ernest Johnson
Ernest Johnson has a B.S. in Exercise Science and is also a Certified Sport Performance Coach through the United State Weightlifting Program. He has a passion for working with athletes and non-athletes alike, and also runs our Youth Fit Program! He is three time NCAA Champion in Track & Field, so if you ever have any questions about running, be sure to talk to him!

Brad Johnson
Brad Johnson earned his diploma in Persona Training at NPTI and is AAAI/ISMA Certified as a Nutritional Consultant. He prefers a holistic approach to guiding members toward achieving their fitness goals. His areas of expertise include sport-specific workouts, functional training, and core and stability workouts. Brad played Division I basketball and competed track and field. He enjoys sports, travel, classic movies, and music.

Reka Arabella Korodi
Bachelor Degree in Exercise Science and Exercise Physiology (from her home country-Transylvania); ACE certified Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor; AFAA certified Kickboxing & Zumba Instructor. Reka played basketball for 13 years, 3 years as a pro in her country's team. Reka enjoys working with people of all ages and abilities. "Motivation is an important key to working out, in order to succeed you should be having fun. Once you have this and proper nutrition, your body/spirit will change! So go ahead and not only live your life, CELEBRATE instead!"
Sallie Schimmel
Sallie Schimmel earned her B.A. in Exercise Science from Temple University. In addition, she is certified as a Personal Trainer through ACE. She specializes in senior health and working with cardiac care patients. Sallie believes you are never too old to increase your fitness level! She also enjoys watching WNBA games, tennis, the Philadelphia Eagles, and horror movies.

Nicole Pressman has a B.S. in Sport and Recreation Management from Temple University. In addition, she is certified Personal Training through NESTA and holds a Group Fitness Certification through SCW. She began her athletic career with gymnastics at age two. She tumbled and flipped her way to adulthood and began her career at the JCC in 2003 as the Gymnastics Director. Her passion lies in youth health and fitness, and influenced her decision to switch from gymnastics to group fitness and personal training. She is now the Fitness Director at the JCC. Nicole's specialty is working one-on-one with individuals with chronic conditions and disabilities. She also instructs group fitness classes and personal training sessions. Currently on leave training for the National Guard.
