FREE FOR MEMBERS! Harness your own bodyweight to create resistance as you workout and adjust the degree of difficulty,
regardless of your fitness level, age or fitness goals. The Suspension Trainer™ allows you to perform hundreds of functional exercises that build strength, flexibility, core stability and endurance. We provide the straps, you provide the will to succeed! Online registration not available for this class.
A 10-class card can be purchased at the front desk.
If you plan on attending the Saturday class, you must
purchase a class card in advance.

Teen Time in the Fitness Center
Teen Time allows time for kids ages 11-13 to use the fitness room with no adult supervision.
1. Teens must have an orientation with a trainer before beginning any workouts.
2. All teens must sign in at Fitness Desk before workout.
3. All teens are expected to follow Fitness Room rules. If the rules are not followed they will be asked to leave the Fitness Room immediately.
4. Teens are not allowed to use any free weights.
Tuesdays & Thursdays, 3:45 - 5:45 pm
Wednesdays, 3:30 - 5:00 pm
Saturdays, 3:30 - 5:00 pm
*If these rules are consistently broken, teen memberships are subject to cancellation with no refund.
Train like a fighter without getting hit! Using a boxing bell move from station to station working 2 or 3 minute rounds on the heavy bag, speed bag, kicking bag, jump rope, hand pads, etc. To ensure individual attention, there is a maximum of 8 students per class. Gloves are required. Hand wraps recommended. Contact on equipment only! Advance sign up and fee required. $5/members - $10/non-members. Space is limited, reserve your spot now!
