Vinyasa Yoga 
For men and women of all ages and levels seeking to build a healthy mind and body.* 
Vinyasa uses the flowing Vinyasa movement of Ashtanga Yoga, but use a variety of postures which cultivate balance, flexibility, and endurance. 

*Recommended that you avoid heavy meals for at least 2 hours before practice and that you bring water to class.

 

 

Yoga Mornings
Get your day started with a total mind & body workout! This class will improve functional strength, flexibility, muscle balance and relaxation. This class is suitable for all levels.
