Want to train for a 5k? Hop on a treadmill! Want to tone your pecs while you're at it? We offer tons of free weights. You also mentioned something about stronger calves? Don't worry, we have strength training machines suited for all parts of the body. Is this place Gym Heaven? No, it's the Conston Fitness Center!
Welcome to our state of the art fitness center, complete with 14 elliptical machines, 10 bicycles, 9 treadmills, and 4 stair steppers. We have free weights in all shapes and sizes, and a circuit of 15 strength training machines to accompany them. We offer mats for stretching, fitness balls for core stability, and resistance tubing for muscle strengthening.
We also offer a growing list of special fitness classes and programs that occur throughout the year along with a constant list of FREE group fitness classes.
If you have problems or questions with anything during your workout, there is always a certified personal trainer on site to assist you. You can also experience the benefits of having your own personal fitness trainer by scheduling one-on-one training. Each new member receives a free personal training session as part of his/her membership.
In addition to our fitness center, we also offer 2 full size indoor basketball courts and a walking track that loops around the perimeter. Outside on our campus, we have tennis courts, basketball courts, soccer fields, and baseball diamonds.
