Group Fitness Reopening!
Group Fitness Classes are coming back!
We are so excited to announce the first three in-person group fitness classes returning to the J. Information regarding registration, policies, cost, can be found below. We are looking for community input as we reopen in-person classes, click here to fill out a short survey to help relaunch the program.

Beginning October 26
|Stretch & Core is a blend of flexibility and core stability training designed to improve strengths and suppleness. This class will include a full body holistic approach, enhanced stretching positions, yoga, Pilates & balance technique.|
|Fridays at 11am
Beginning October 29
|Functional fitness with Deb Saldana is back! Functional Fitness is a low impact workout that will train your muscles to work together for the tasks of daily living, at work, at home and on the go. Deb will help you move your way from deconditioned to reconditioned, and help you regain mobility and flexibility. Music suggestions are always welcomed!|
Dates: The Group Fitness Program will begin October 25th and run through December 31st
Unlimited Classes (Oct. 25 - Dec. 31): $125
Drop-in per Class Rate: $15 (cash only, no change will be available. No credit cards accepted)

Please email completed form to Lori Hummel, email@example.com or bring a printed version in with you at least 30 minutes before the first class you attend.
Please note: if you had already registered for the membership with our previous registration link, don't worry, we have your registration! We are using this form for the program moving forward.
Silver Sneakers & Silver and Fit Memberships will be accepted
Please note: If you are Silver Sneakers / Silver and Fit, you will need to come into the J to register your membership with us at least 30 minutes before the first class you attend. Please bring your vaccine card with you, you will be able to get both taken care of at the same time. If you have have been a member with us in the past and still have your scannable membership card, please bring it with you.
Proof of vaccine is required. We recommend making time to stop by the J prior to the first day of classes to pre-register your vaccination card with us. This will help ensure that everyone is ready to go when the class begins.
- Masks during class are encouraged.
We recommend you bring your own fitness supplies (yoga mat, weights, strength bands) if you have them. We will have these items available for you to borrow if not. We ask that you sanitize them after use with the cleaning products
Classes will be limited to the first 20 participants. We will open a sign-in sheet 30 minutes before each class. Group fitness Membership does not guarantee a spot in the class if it is full.
